We will deliver the merchandise in accordance with the delivery option selected by you at check out.

2-3 working days. Including Saturday delivery £5.00

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays). All orders placed before midday are dispatched that day, if your order is placed after midday they will be dispatched the next working day. Next day delivery excludes weekends and UK Bank Holidays. If you have any queries or special requirements please contact us at customerservices@nayaglow.com.

Delivery times and services vary for different countries, please take the following as a guide from the date of dispatch:

UK We dispatch via Royal Mail and UK delivery typically takes 2-3 working days unless next-day delivery is chosen by 3pm Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays). Saturday delivery included for both options and signature required.

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: We dispatch via Royal Mail. Delivery typically takes 3-10 working days but for some countries it can take up to 21 days. Naya Skincare is not able to provide a refund or offer a new delivery until 21 working days from dispatch.

CUSTOM CHARGES & VAT

If your order is being shipped outside the European Union (EU), customs charges and taxes may apply that you will need to pay directly. All estimated delivery times could be delayed by customs entry procedures.

Our prices are all listed in British pounds and VAT is included within our price. As a small business we do not have the resources to support offering VAT refunds on international deliveries. Please contact us if you would like to find out about which retailers we stock with in your country.

Naya Skincare is unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

RETURNS

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within seven days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.

VARIATIONS BETWEEN PRODUCTS

Sometimes you may notice minor changes to products between batches. These are caused by seasonal fluctuations in our raw ingredients. Please see these variations as a positive sign of our commitment to using natural ingredients.

SENSITIVITY

Essential oils are pure and made up of a number of components, while sensitivities or mild reactions to ingredients are rare, they can occur. Often people are unaware of the exact ingredient which can cause their skin to be sensitive, therefore the source of the irritation can be difficult to determine. Your skin is more sensitive during hormonal fluctuations, pregnancy, menopause, seasonal variation and while taking medication.

We recommend patch-testing all products on your skin. Our products are dermatologically tested and approved for sensitive skin.

SENDING A RETURN

Should you wish to cancel your order or return goods that may have arrived damaged, or you are not satisfied with the products, please notify us within 30 working days beginning with the day following the day of delivery to you.

Step 1: Please email customerservices@nayaglow.com providing your customer order number, the goods which are being returned and the reasons why.

Step 2: Once you have received confirmation from the Naya team please return the product(s) to:

We recommend that your return your items by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that do not reach our Returns Department.

Step 3: On receipt of the returned goods we will give you a refund of the amount paid for the goods. This could take up to 30 days although it will be actioned immediately. We do not refund the original delivery charge.

Please note that postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
