If you are a new Naya customer, welcome! We hope you are enjoying the benefits of Naya .

In order to operate efficiently, we need to have terms and conditions surrounding the content and usage of this website. By using our website, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions, which include our privacy policy.


Naya Loyalty is the name of our customer account as there are many benefits that come with joining. All loyalty benefits are offered at our discretion and are effective from 20th February 2018. Naya reserves the right to withdraw any of these promotions without notice.

Complimentary Shipping: Complimentary shipping is offered to all Naya customers with a minimum spend of £50 within the UK and £100 within the European Union (EU). For further information please visit our Delivery & Returns page.

Refer a Friend: Introduce a friend to Naya and they will be sent an introductory offer. The refer a friend offer is for new Naya customers and can only be used with their first order. The offer cannot be used by existing Naya Loyalty account holders and if found to have been so can be withdrawn. Naya reserves the right to withdraw this offer or limit the number of refer a friend offers that can be given per account holder.


Naya Gift Cards and Naya Voucher Codes can only be redeemed at www.nayaglow.com.

Only one voucher code or gift code can be used per transaction and can only be used when logged into a Naya account. The code will expire after a single use.

Once the expiry date has passed the code will expire.

No credit or cash will be exchanged.

Site-wide offers and promotions cannot be applied to gift sets.


The value of the Gift Card can be used to cover the cost of products and delivery.

No other gift codes can be used when purchasing with a Naya Gift Card.

If the value of items purchased online is more than the total value of the Gift Card, you will need to pay the balance.

It is at the discretion of Naya to replace or refund should Gift Card(s) be lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, but are under no obligation to do so.


All orders are beautifully boxed and tied with a special touch. Include a hand-written note at checkout to add a personal touch as a present to your friend and/or loved one.


We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order. If we are unable to fulfil your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email advising you of this. We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, if we have identified a product or pricing error or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. Please inspect our products upon receipt and check that everything specified on the delivery note is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us within 48 hours of receipt that there is a problem. You can cancel the order in accordance with your cancellation rights and/or you return the goods in accordance with our returns policy. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the merchandise at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.


Payment can be made by PayPal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is acknowledged. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to Naya Skincare Ltd, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. Please note that we retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us.

Legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you.


Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. For further details on how to return merchandise please refer to our Returns section. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may exercise your right to cancel if you are able to return the merchandise to us. Your statutory rights are not affected.
