In order to operate efficiently, we need to have terms and conditions surrounding the content and usage of this website. By using our website, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions, which include our privacy policy.

GIVEAWAY 

Advent 10 Giveaway is included a year supply of our Everyday Face Oil. In order to win this, participants need to like the post, follow us and leave a comment. This will be checked to be eligible. As one bottle of the Everyday Face Oil lasts 6 months, the offer will be to receive two of our Everyday Face Oil. This can be shared with a friends. Please note and refer to our resell terms and conditions. It is strictly prohibited to resell any of our products on any online marketplaces without our prior consent.

VOUCHER CODES

Naya Gift Cards and Naya Voucher Codes can only be redeemed at www.nayaglow.com.

Only one voucher code or gift code can be used per transaction and can only be used when logged into a Naya account. The code will expire after a single use. Codes cannot be used on sales item, if otherwise stated.

Once the expiry date has passed the code will expire.

No credit or cash will be exchanged.

Site-wide offers and promotions cannot be applied to gift sets.

GIFT CARDS

The value of the Gift Card can be used to cover the cost of products only.

No other gift codes can be used when purchasing with a Naya Gift Card.

The value of the Gift Card must be spent all at once. We are unable to issue vouchers nor offer refunds for any remaining amount not used.

If the value of items purchased online is more than the total value of the Gift Card, you will need to pay the balance.

It is at the discretion of Naya to replace or refund should Gift Card(s) be lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, but are under no obligation to do so.

GIFT WRAPPING

All orders of our 30ml and 50ml products during specific seasons and when indicated are beautifully boxed and tied with a special touch. Include a hand-written note at checkout to add a personal touch as a present to your friend and/or loved one. Please indicate at checkout the message and if required.

Our Travel Size products come in cotton bags with a little surprise.

PROMO CODE

Our promo code during Christmas Advent period do not apply to our Sampling Service. The code will also not be valid if Samples are in the basket.  If not otherwise stated. We maintain the right to cancel any order. During the Christmas Period, only our Christmas Gift Sets will be gift wrapped. Please use the dedicated promo code at checkout.

SAMPLING SERVICE

We only allow one sample per customer per product. The sample service is strictly for sampling our products only. Thus we offer it at a reduced rate for customers at www.nayaglow.com to get the chance to get to know our products. Those customers that abuse the service by ordering a larger number of samples per products, we keep the right to cancel their order.

When you have ordered a sample and fell in love and want to re-order a full-size of the product, you will get the money refunded you spend on your sample order when ordering a full-size product of the same product. Please note that we will not discount any delivery / shipping fee.

Please note a max of discount of 3 GBP / Euro will be applied only upon purchase of a full-size product. The full-size product will need to be of the same kind than the sample.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, ACCEPTANCE AND INSPECTION OF YOUR ORDER

We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order. If we are unable to fulfil your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email advising you of this. We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, if we have identified a product or pricing error or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. Please inspect our products upon receipt and check that everything specified on the delivery note is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us within 48 hours of receipt that there is a problem. You can cancel the order in accordance with your cancellation rights and/or you return the goods in accordance with our returns policy. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the merchandise at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by PayPal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is acknowledged. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to Naya Skincare Ltd, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. Please note that we retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us.

Legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you.

CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. For further details on how to return merchandise please refer to our Returns section. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may exercise your right to cancel if you are able to return the merchandise to us. You can submit your cancellation notice by email to our Customer Services Department at customerservice@nayaglow.com

Your statutory rights are not affected.

We will also maintain the right to cancel any order at any time.

RESELLER

It is strictly forbidden to re-sell our products on any online marketplaces without our prior consent or agreement. If you do resell our product then we will have the right to take actions and request compensation.
